Separatori is strategically located in Bauru, in the central-western region of the state of São Paulo, a major road junction that allows for quick service, maintenance, and distribution. The Separatori quality brand has conquered and is present in all states of Brazil, as well as countries in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
FOUNDER
Born in 1955 in Araçatuba, the protagonist began his professional life as a drummer at the age of 12. The turning point came in 1981 when he moved to Bauru, where, after experiences as a salesman and bar owner, he entered the sector of maintenance of cream separators and standardizers.
After a partner dropped out, he took on the challenge alone and founded Desnate Mecânica Recuperadora. He specialized in global brands (such as Alfa Laval and Westfalia), transforming the company into one of the largest in the sector in Brazil.
Even after selling Desnate in 1990 and facing a period of financial crisis in 1997, he decided to pursue his dream of manufacturing his own equipment. With a loan of R$7,000, he started the Separatori projects.
2001 Launch of the first standardization machine at the Minas Láctea trade fair.
It overcame market prejudice through the technical reliability of its products.
The founder passed away in December 2017, leaving behind a consolidated company and a legacy that expanded the boundaries of the dairy industry.
